All deliveries of appliances, furniture, or other large items, and construction projects happening in your unit must be scheduled in advance with the building manager in order to facilitate the process and ensure that there isn’t a conflict with other events happening in the building. For large items, please review the House Rules regarding deliveries, available from the Building Manager.
If you are not at home, you may authorize 98 Union staff to check out your spare key, or if you prefer, accompany the vendor to your unit and remain with them. If the service will require more than 15 minutes to complete, the homeowner or a designated representative needs to be onsite.
Once received, an email will be sent to you within 1 business day confirming your request.
We ask that delivery/repair time frames stay within 2 hours whenever possible.
